Bidding FAQs

How do I sign up?

We are so glad you are here, tell us all about you. Begin by filling out Profile Information. One important note, Username, is the name that will appear when a bid is placed. Select auction notifications, you choose to receive. You will receive a confirmation email, to the email you registered with. Clicking this link will activate your account.


How do I bid?

Make sure that you have fully registered for the site, and that you have a credit card on file for the seller you are going to bid with. You will have to register a credit card for each individual seller. Then, when you select the item you want to bid on, check the ‘Agree to Terms’ checkbox and a Terms & Conditions screen will pop-up. After you have agreed to the Terms, you are off. Go bid, & have a ball.


Why is the end time being extended while I am bidding?

If you will notice, our sales state that the “Sale Closes” at a specific time. In some cases, sales with lots of items, often are staggered in closing. The time remaining on a lot will indicate exactly how much time is left on an item. With that said, you will see that once a bid is placed it will extend the time left on that item.


Bidding Increments?

Are determined by the type of auction and the terms will vary per auction. The least increment is by $1, some auctions will require a reserve and higher increments.

Can I retract a bid?

Once you have entered a bid, you will get a confirmation before actually submitting the bid. After submitting you cannot retract.


I would like to see the items before I bid.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of any Open House or Preview opportunities, you will find the details about these opportunities listed in the Dates & Times section, as well as on the Terms & Conditions.


Will a Buyer’s Premium be added to the items I win?

If a Buyer’s Premium is applicable the amount will be noted in the Terms & Conditions section of the auction, as well under the Disclaimer Tab on each item. Buyer’s Premium is not included in all auctions.
